Inspired by the Korean staple, Anh adds a distinct Vietnamese twist by incorporating fish sauce into the traditional fermented vegetable. Delicious as a side dish or just for snacking.

Cozy Inn kimchi is made with organic napa, carrots, scallions (all grown on farm in season), Korean red chili powder, apples, garlic, yellow onions, ginger, salt, and brown sugar). Comes in an 8oz. Ramen Eggs

Anh’s delicious ramen eggs are the perfect ingredient for your noodle or rice dish. Fresh farm eggs are soft-boiled* and soaked in a cooked marinade of soy sauce, mirin wine, chicken broth with ginger and scallions for seasoning.


You don’t just get the eggs – the marinade can be poured over noodles or rice, or add the protein of your choice to a pan and cook in the marinade until it’s reduced.

Mayak Eggs

These Korean treats are another great addition to your perfect meal. Farm fresh eggs are soft boiled* and soaked in a vegetarian marinade of soy sauce, sweet rice syrup, honey, sesame seeds, scallions, red chili, and garlic. Serve them over rice or noodles with a drizzle of toasted sesame oil.
